Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is announce Group 1 Notification for the Recruitment of Vacancies in Various Departments. The proforma Application will be available on Commission’s Website www.psc.ap.gov.in from 31/12/2016 to 30/01/2017(Note:30/01/2017 is the last date for payment of fee up- to 11:59 mid night).
Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission Website viz., www.psc.ap.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through Commission’s websiteThe Preliminary Examination is likely to be held on 07/05/2017. The Main examination (Conventional type) likely to be held from 17/08/2017 to 27/08/2017, All desirous and eligible applicants shall apply Online after satisfying themselves that they are eligible as per the terms and conditions of this recruitment. Name of The Post

Age Limit - No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age as on 01/07/2016

Education Qualification - A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognized by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification

Assistant Commissioner of Labour - Preference shall be given to those who possess in addition to any of the following qualifications “A Post Graduate Degree in Law (or) P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare and Personnel Management/ Industrial Labour Relations from a recognized University or Institution”.

Fee - Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- towards application processing fee and Rs 120/- towards Examination Fee

Selection Process - (1) The applicants will be subjected to a Screening Test (Objective Type) for the purpose of admitting them to the Main (Written) Examination (Conventional Type). Only such of the applicants who are admitted to Main (Written) Examination will be subjected to the process of Selection, the details of which are given in Annexure-II. (2) The selection of Candidates for appointment to the posts will be made in two successive stages viz., (1) Written Examination and (2) Oral Test in the shape of an interview. The selection to the posts will be based on merit after the Written Examination and Oral marks taken together, duly taking into account the post preferences and other eligibility criteria. In case of Posts/ Services having Multi-Zones/ Zones, Selection will be considered as per preferences exercised.
